We sell luxury and we sell cheap, and there is deliberately nothing in between. Buying from this collection means making one of two honest bets: you medicate and quarantine the animal yourself, or you put it straight into your display tank and hope it isn’t carrying something. The first is a plan — if you run a proper quarantine setup at home, this tier is the smart way to save real money. The second is how whole tanks are lost. Non-quarantined animals come straight from our suppliers and are not covered by our full live guarantees: shipped orders carry a 1-hour DOA (dead on arrival) window; in-store pickups get 48 hours with a water sample; no refunds, returns, or credits beyond that.
