The luxury tier: every animal here is quarantined to order — nothing is pre-quarantined and waiting on a shelf. Your purchase starts the process: treated preventively, observed daily, confirmed eating, then home — with the risk on our systems, not your tank.

Plan on up to 40 days for amphibians, up to 60 days for freshwater fish and invertebrates, up to 76 days for saltwater invertebrates, and up to 90 days for saltwater fish, counted from the day your animal reaches our facility. This is not a rush purchase, and it can’t be turned into one — the entire value of quarantine is time. If you need your livestock by a particular date, contact us before you order and we’ll schedule the arrival around it. Every animal is backed by our live guarantees: 48 hours on shipped orders, 14 days on in-store pickup, and 2 months for maintenance clients we service at least twice a month.
