Genuine AI replacement power supplies for Prime, Hydra, Nero, and Axis series products. Power supply failure is the most common non-LED service event on AI fixtures — the LED arrays themselves are highly reliable over long operational periods, but the external power supply handling the AC-to-DC conversion takes the voltage stress that the LED driver doesn't, and it's the component most likely to fail first in the system.

Symptoms of a failing AI power supply include the fixture dimming unexpectedly, random restarts, failure to power on, or the Mobius connection dropping repeatedly when it previously held. A supply that's failing intermittently is harder to diagnose than one that's simply dead — if the fixture behaves erratically and you've ruled out software and connection issues, the power supply is the next thing to test by substitution.

Running with a genuine AI power supply matters for longevity: the voltage regulation specification is matched to the LED driver in the fixture, and under- or over-voltage from a mismatched supply shortens LED life even when the fixture appears to function normally.

Select your model from the dropdown — power supply specifications differ between Prime, Hydra 32HD, Hydra 64HD, Hydra Edge, Nero, and Axis. Cross-model substitution is not recommended even when connectors appear to fit.
Compatibility: AI Prime 16HD, AI Hydra 32HD/64HD/Edge, AI Nero 3/5/7, AI Orbit, AI Axis (model-specific)
Tip: If you run a critical display or a system where downtime is costly, keeping a spare power supply on hand eliminates the lead time on a repair order. Power supply failure doesn't give a lot of warning.
