Aquarium Maintenance — Weekly

Fifty-two visits a year — nothing in your system goes more than seven days without a marine biologist looking at it. That single fact is what this plan sells, and it is why weekly is the cadence where we can promise the most.

Almost everything that kills an aquarium is cheap to fix in week one and expensive by week four. A heater sticking at 84°F, an auto-top-off failing quietly, alkalinity drifting 1–2 dKH in a heavily stocked reef — caught inside seven days these are adjustments. Left thirty, they are losses. Weekly service is the version of maintenance where problems never get the time they need to become interesting.

What every visit includes

• Full parameter panel — the complete workup, logged and trended, sent to you after every visit, so drift shows up in the data before it shows up in the glass
• Equipment checked and consumables swapped on schedule — before they fail, not after
• Livestock delivered and installed into your system from our quarantined-to-order program
• Priority answers and unlimited between-visit callouts — if something looks wrong on a Tuesday, you do not wait for your slot

The guarantee

Livestock our team installs on this plan carries a 2-month live guarantee. We can make that promise because we chose the animal, quarantined it, installed it, and see the water it lives in every seven days. We only guarantee what we control — and at weekly, that is most of it.

Pricing — by system type and water volume

A reef is more work than a fish-only system, a fish-only system is more work than a planted tank, and 300 gallons is more work than 30 — so plans price on those two axes and nothing else. All prices are per month.

Travel zones

Prices shown are Zone 1 (New Milford and immediate neighbors). Other zones add the listed per-visit travel premium — the drive is real time, so it's priced like the rest of the visit. Not sure of your zone? Ask, or book the on-site consultation and we'll confirm it.

Over 300 gallons and multi-system homes are quoted per project. Prices cover our core service area around New Milford; further out, ask and we will quote you one blended number.
